The Prestige Advantage
At Prestige we do not have classes where everyone learns the same generic lesson plan regardless their experience, goals and ability. Boxers, MMA fighters, grapplers and Muay Thai practitioners have different styles,
different builds, different strengths and weaknesses. For example a boxer with short reach will have to learn to cut off the ring and work on the inside opposed to a fighter with long reach who will learn to be evasive and
work behind the jab. At prestige we work with everyone on case by case basis so our students learn to defend their weaknesses and develop their strengths. The last 30 minutes of class time is sport specific conditioning
that works every muscle in the body and burns serious calories.
Prestige Training Center doesn't hire washed up pros that never made it anywhere, Prestige produces professional fighters and attracts other pro fighters from other areas and gyms. We have been
open for a year and a half and our pro team is 6 fighters strong with several promising up and comings. If you give us one week we are confident that you will be calling Prestige your gym. The first week is
free with no obligation, whether you are a pro looking to hone your skills or a beginner just trying to get started you owe it to yourself to come and find out what Prestige can do for you.

OPEN GYM SCHEDULE!
It didn't make sense to have students that want to train but couldn't because of their demanding work, school or home schedule so we are now open Monday-Thursday 5pm - 9pm and Saturday 2pm - 4pm, an open gym. Come
and go as you please! Stay and train for all five hours or just long enough to get your workout in, either way your training time is now in your control. We have 3 trainers on staff at all times so whenever you can make it
come in and we'll work!
No Age Restrictions!
Prestige offers professional instruction to anyone that is serious about learning, regardless of age. Our instructors are able to teach kids and adults alike without the need for separate classes.

physical confrontations with suspects or inmates. Personal story, a couple months
ago, I was attacked by an inmate that was bigger than me and worse, I was attacked
from behind. Due to the training that I received from Mr. Harris, at Prestige Training
Center, in the Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) class; that specialize on techniques for ground fighting,
I was able to cope more with the sudden shock because I had the experience of the sparring
class that emphasizes on actual ground fighting maneuvers. I was able to rotate my body from the ground position
and confidently get on the inmates back and put him in a neck restraint until back up arrived. I
could have been seriously injured or even killed if not for the training that I received from
Mr. Harris in the MMA class. I am more confident and better equipped to handle myself in
any physical situation that might present itself at work or on the street.

unparalleled training programs within reach for everyone. Our class schedule is generous enough to meet most people needs but in case it doesn't match up with your
busy lifestyle, we offer private lessons to accommodate anyone's hectic schedule.
