- What are the minumum and maximum age limits to participate in a class?
- Do I need to be in shape or have any experience prior to taking a class?

Answers:
- A minimum age of 14 is required for all students. Additionally those students under the age of 18 must obtain a parent or guardians signature prior
to participating in a class. Individuals under the age of 14 can still take classes but only as one on one private lessons.
There is no maximum age limit. You are never too old to try a class. We have successfully trained students in their 50's and 60's.
- Absolutely not! Every class incorporates a very energetic workout that will get you in shape and help you stay that way.
- Yes, our classes consist of both men and women. However our classes are based around a team environment where everybody helps each other. Each
student is paired up with someone of similar experience. No one is ever thrown into a situation they're not ready for yet.
- Yes you can. We encourage anyone interested to come down and take a look at our classes. You can even try one for free if you like.
- No our classes are designed to teach you proper technique and give you a great workout. Sparring is done in separate class and is by invitation
only for more advanced students.
- Any type of comfortable workout clothing. Board shorts, sweats or under armour type clothing all work very well.
- Muay Thai class requires Boxing gloves (14 oz.) and hand wraps. MMA class requires MMA training gloves and a mouthpiece. All of these can be
purchased at the school or on your own.
- Yes we have a fight team. If you are interested in taking your game to the next level please let the instructor know and we can go from there. The
instructor will have to evaluate your skills and your progress to determine when you are ready to take that step.
