Class Schedule for Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, MMA and Jiu Jitsu

OPEN GYM SCHEDULE!!!

It didn't make sense to have students that want to train but couldn't because of their demanding work, school or home schedule so we are now open from 6pm - 9pm Monday-Thursday and 11am - 2pm on Saturday, an open gym. Come and go as you please! Stay and train for all three hours or just long enough to get your workout in, either way your training time is now in your control. We have 3 trainers on staff at all times so whenever you can make it pop in and we'll work!
